Women in Apprenticeships: Driving Equity and Innovation in Tech
For National Apprenticeship Week, we are excited to share highlights from our recent Equity in Action panel, where women who have graduated from and contributed to our apprenticeship program discussed ways to promote equity in tech through apprenticeships.
Sharing the entire conversation would take about two hours, so we have highlighted this portion, which emphasizes the theme of today's National Apprenticeship Week: Women in Apprenticeships. Our panelists and current apprentices discussed how women overcome barriers and promote inclusion in their technology journeys. Topics included actionable strategies for advancing equity and personal stories of resilience and leadership.
We all left feeling empowered, ready to shape an industry where diversity and innovation go hand in hand.
Check out the conversation below to learn how women in apprenticeships pave the way for a brighter, more inclusive tech future!
