Cara Davis Anderson named program director of apprenticeships

We're excited to announce that Cara Davis Anderson has been promoted to Program Director of Apprenticeships for Build Carolina as of the end of July! 🎉

Since her promotion, she has rallied the team to set goals for the apprenticeship team to increase the accessibility of engineering apprenticeships to both talent and employers.

She has helped secure two new grants for our apprenticeship program. With these grants, Cara will lead our team in expanding the career tracks to include cloud computing, cybersecurity, and existing software and data tracks.

She will also be the primary contact for the apprenticeship in Orangeburg due to her exceptional work on her first-ever grant proposal.

Under her leadership, the apprenticeship program has maintained a 100% cohort graduation rate.
