Learning in Public: Stories from Cohort 7 Apprentices

One of the best parts of our work is seeing people grow in real time. It’s even better when they share that journey publicly.

Our apprentices have been writing blog posts throughout their apprenticeship experience. They’ve been documenting what they’re learning, what they’re building, and how they’re navigating the ups and downs of working in tech. Blogging allows apprentices to process new concepts, reflect on their progress, and offer insight to others who might be just a few steps behind them in the journey.

We’ve gathered their blogs here to celebrate that effort and share them with you. Not only because the writing is insightful and inspiring, but because it’s real. This is what learning in public looks like.

Whether you’re a prospective apprentice or an employer curious about the kind of talent in our program, these posts offer a look at what the experience is like from the inside.

We’re proud of every single apprentice who’s taken the time to reflect, write, and share their progress. It’s not easy to put yourself out there, but it’s how growth happens.
